An attorney with over 25 years of experience in Intellectual Property, Diana is known for her strategic approach that blends legal insight with commercial expertise in the management and protection of intangible assets.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and has completed specialized studies in Intellectual Property in  Colombia and UK. For more than two decades, she has led the Intellectual Property Practice at Cuesta Lawyers, establishing herself as a leading authority in Fashion Law, Border Measures, Trade Secrets, Traditional Knowledge, and Legal Marketing.

Diana is recognized by WTR 1000 as having “deep knowledge of IP. She is always precise in her comments, and attentive to details and possible strategies to be undertaken.”
