She has more than six years of experience advising domestic and international companies on financial law, FinTech, data protection, privacy, and legal matters for startups.

She holds a Master’s degree in Markets and Competition and has pursued studies in Artificial Intelligence applied to Law.

Her practice includes capital markets, corporate law, contracts, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as the structuring of domestic and cross-border transactions. Her approach combines regulatory compliance, risk management, and sustainable growth.
