Position:  Attorney at Law Intellectual Property/ Litigation

She has more than five years of experience advising domestic and international clients on the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property assets.

Her practice focuses on trademark law in both administrative and judicial proceedings. She has handled disputes, oppositions, cancellation actions, negotiations, coexistence agreements, and portfolio management.

Her international experience enables her to integrate Colombian law and the Andean Community regime into global protection strategies. She also advises clients on copyright matters.
